The acquisition of the P\u00f5ltsamaa business from Orkla Eesti has been successfully completed. As of 1 May 2026, the production and distribution of P\u00f5ltsamaa juices, beverages, soups, ready meals, and cabbage products is handled by Svensky’s subsidiary Aromella O\u00dc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aromella O\u00dc was established specifically to develop the P\u00f5ltsamaa business further, bringing together the factory, the brand, and the entire existing team under one roof. All current employees continue in their roles and production carries on at its usual volume without interruption.<\/p>\n

As an important part of the transaction, cooperation with Orkla Eesti will also continue \u2014 Orkla will continue to order various products from the P\u00f5ltsamaa factory, including vegetable preserves. This partnership provides the factory with a solid order base and a strong foundation for further development.<\/p>\n

Aromella’s guiding principle remains “Genuine and Good”<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 the same values that the P\u00f5ltsamaa brand has stood for over decades. Local raw materials, time-tested recipes, and the production expertise of the P\u00f5ltsamaa factory will remain the cornerstones of the company’s development under its new ownership.<\/p>\n

P\u00f5ltsamaa is one of Estonia’s most beloved brands, and Aromella O\u00dc’s mission is to keep that heritage alive and carry it into its next chapter.<\/p>\n
